MyHomeEquity provides educational information about home equity products, including HELOCs, home equity loans, and cash-out refinancing, along with a free SMS alert program delivering rate updates and educational content.

We are not a mortgage lender, broker, bank, financial advisor, or financial institution. We do not offer, originate, underwrite, or approve any loans or financial products. Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment to lend.

The MyHomeEquity SMS program sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) related to home equity rates, programs, and educational content. Message frequency varies.

Eligibility

You must be a resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TCPA Compliance

We operate this SMS program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. We obtain express written consent before sending marketing messages and honor opt-out requests immediately.
